Chamet Agency Policies & Host Guidelines Welcome to our Chamet Agency! Our primary goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and profitable environment for all our hosts and sub-agents. To ensure smooth operations and compliance with Chamet’s official platform rules, all members joining through our agency must read and agree to the following policies. 1. Eligibility & Onboarding Age Requirement: All hosts and agents must be strictly 18 years of age or older. Minors are prohibited from registering on the platform. Verification: Hosts must complete real-time face verification and profile setup using accurate information. Fake profiles or impersonation will result in immediate rejection. Equipment: Hosts are required to have a working smartphone with a high-quality camera, a good microphone, and a stable internet connection. 2. Earnings, Payouts & MetWallet Policy Currency System: Earnings are calculated in "Beans." The official conversion rate is 10,000 Beans = $1 USD. Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum threshold for cashout is 100,000 Beans ($10 USD). Withdrawals cannot be processed below this amount. Payment Gateway: All withdrawals are processed securely through MetWallet (Arripayment). Hosts are responsible for binding their own payment methods (Bank Transfer, e-wallets, or Crypto). Fees & Processing: Chamet charges a standard $1.20 platform fee per withdrawal. Payout speeds depend on your chosen method (usually 24 to 72 hours). Our agency does not hold your funds; payouts go directly to your linked MetWallet. No Agency Deductions: The agency does not deduct any hidden fees from your live-streaming or calling earnings. 3. Host Code of Conduct (Strict Rules) Chamet maintains a strict community standard. Violating the following rules will result in account warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans: No Explicit Content: Nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit behavior is strictly prohibited on camera. Chamet has a zero-tolerance policy for this. No Minors on Screen: Children or anyone under 18 must never appear on your camera, even in the background. No Prohibited Items: Smoking, drinking alcohol, or displaying weapons during live streams or private calls is forbidden. No Off-Platform Transactions: Do not ask users for direct payments (e.g., sharing PayPal, GPay, or bank details on screen) or share personal phone numbers to bypass the app. Professionalism: Maintain a neat appearance, use good lighting, and be respectful to users. Hate speech, racism, and abusive language are not tolerated. 4. Working Hours & Expectations Flexibility: As an independent host, you have complete freedom to choose your own working hours. There are no mandatory shifts. Consistency: While there are no fixed hours, we highly recommend going live consistently (e.g., 2–4 hours daily) to build a loyal audience, maximize match rates, and increase your earning potential. 5. Privacy & Security Data Protection: Your personal identification used for verification is processed directly by Chamet’s secure servers. Our agency does not store your private IDs. Account Safety: We will never ask for your Chamet password or OTP. Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including users claiming to be app admins. Screenshot/Recording Ban: Chamet restricts users from screen-recording private calls to protect host privacy. 6. Sub-Agent Policies (If Applicable) Agents recruiting under our umbrella must accurately represent the earning potential and platform rules to new hosts. Misleading advertising, spamming, or making false "guaranteed income" promises to recruit hosts is strictly forbidden. Sub-agent commissions are paid out automatically based on the team’s overall performance, as defined by Chamet’s official commission chart. 7. Account Suspension & Agency Support Ban Appeals: If your account is banned by mistake, contact our agency support team immediately. We will submit an appeal to official Chamet support on your behalf. Note: Bans due to severe violations (nudity/fraud) cannot be appealed. Inactivity: Accounts that remain completely inactive for extended periods may be unlinked from the agency. 24/7 Support: Our agency provides ongoing training, profile optimization tips, and technical support to ensure your success on the platform. By registering with our agency and creating a Chamet host or agent account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these policies.
