If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or register through our agency. 2. Independent Agency Disclaimer Harry Talents is an independent recruiting and management agency for the Chamet application. We are not the owners, developers, or official corporate representatives of the Chamet app. All app functionalities, algorithms, and official payment gateways are controlled entirely by Chamet and its parent company. 3. Host and Agent Eligibility You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration and verification process. You must strictly adhere to Chamet’s official community guidelines. Creating multiple fake accounts, using third-party software to manipulate app data, or impersonating another individual is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate permanent ban. 4. Financial Terms and Earnings Disclaimer No Income Guarantees: Any earning figures, testimonials, or income examples shown on our website are estimates of what is possible, not guarantees of actual earnings. Your income depends entirely on your effort, active hours, and user engagement. Payments: The Agency does not collect, hold, or directly distribute your earnings. All earnings (calculated in "Beans") are processed and paid directly to you through Chamet's designated payment gateway, MetWallet (Arripayment). Taxes: You are an independent contractor. You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on your earnings in your country of residence (e.g., India). 5. Prohibited Conduct As a host or agent operating under Harry Talents, you agree NOT to: Broadcast or share any sexually explicit content, nudity, or pornographic material. Allow minors (anyone under 18) to appear on camera at any time. Engage in harassment, hate speech, bullying, or discriminatory behavior toward app users or other hosts. Share personal banking details, request off-platform transactions, or attempt to bypass the Chamet payment system. 6. Account Suspension and Termination Chamet retains the ultimate right to suspend, penalize, or permanently ban any account that violates its policies. While our agency will provide guidance and assist with legitimate ban appeals, we are not liable for any loss of earnings or account access if you are banned for violating app rules. We also reserve the right to remove any host or sub-agent from our agency network for unprofessional conduct. 7. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Harry Talents shall not be held liable for: Any technical glitches, server downtimes, or bugs within the Chamet application. Any delayed, pending, or failed withdrawals processed through MetWallet. Any disputes, interactions, or incidents that occur between you and users on the Chamet platform. 8. Intellectual Property All original content, text, graphics, and logos on this website (excluding official Chamet trademarks) are the property of Harry Talents.
